2. Can I use your textures in my products?
Absolutely not, 3D Unforgettables does not offer what is typically called KITS. While we know our texture quality is unmatchable, 3D Unforgettables and Tamela Jaeger retains the exclusive rights and permissions for usage. Due to our guarantee to our customers of offering, ONE-OF-A-KIND NON-DUPLICATIVE Textures, this would not be fair or right to our customers if anyone used our textures. 3D Unforgettables has provided this guarantee to our customers since the release of Nasya 2003.
3. Are all products offered by 3D Unforgettables ®registered with the USA Copyright office?
Absolutely, we take every measure possible to protect our ®registered ©copyrighted works.
4. Does 3D Unforgettables register their photograph sources?
Absolutely, we take every measure possible to protect our copyrighted works
5. Has 3D Unforgettables ever granted the use of their photographs to use on products for sell to anyone?
Absolutely not, we take every measure possible to protect our copyrighted works
6. Has 3D Unforgettables ever granted anyone the use of their textures to create textures?
Absolutely not, we take every measure possible to protect our copyrighted works.
7. When 3D Unforgettables uses images by nicu1 or 3d.sk, are they used in their default state for your textures?
Absolutely not, we take every measure possible to protect our copyrighted works, therefore when we use any intranet images by means of purchase; we use ours as the base and work in the intranet images. This keeps the texture details unique and non-Duplicative. This is the guarantee we offer to our customers.
8. Does 3D Unforgettables have all their working PSD files for all their textures and work?
Absolutely, we have every working PSD file for EVERY texture we have ever created since 2000 when we began this profession. We back up in several ways to keep this information available if we ever require it.
9. If I use your work in my work and sell it, what will 3D Unforgettables do?
We will no longer contact any copyright violator or market who is offering our ®Registered ©Copyright work by a merchant or the merchant, after the 2007 fiasco. We now have a law firm that handles ALL copyright violators. You will now be notified by our hired copyright law firm.
10. Does 3D Unforgettables offer an Artist Artwork for Profit Usage License?
No, if you buy our products, you may use them in artwork for profits. If you did not buy our products through Renderosity or 3D Unforgettables Marketplace, you may not use them in artwork for profits. This is non-negotiable.
If you are using our products in your artwork for profit and you did not purchase them, your usage license is in violation.
11. Does 3D Unforgettables offer free updates to their products anymore?
No, since we now have our own Marketplace and due to the way we handle our products and ©Copyright ®Registrations, there is no way to offer free updates anymore to our customers. 3D Unforgettables products that get updated will be offered as a new product. We apologize but feel this is the best practice to handle updates.
12. If I purchase any of 3D Unforgettables products and want to use them commercially, can I?
No, we do not offer any commercial use of our products.

We simply replace them with the photographs or digital files that we have backed up off site.

It means that we back up ALL our files off site. IOW, we have several places we back up ALL our files that are not at our place of business. It is an expected industry standard for information security.
27. Is it legal to change the time stamps like some do on their digital files?
Absolutely not. Changing time stamps on digital files is punishable by law. Its VERY illegal.
28. Does 3D Unforgettables change their time stamps on any of their digital files?
Absolutely not, we own the files so we have no need to and we run our business legally and since it is illegal to change time stamps we do not engage in this kind of activity, nor do we have anything to hide. This is also why we back up ALL our digital files off site.

Well, because they are hiding something and/or stealing their files and trying to claim them as their own or trying to hide something they should not be doing.

35. How long does it take Tamela to complete a texture?
Many do no know that a full texture, head, body, eyes, makeups, beards, nails, lashes etc., etc., etc., can take Tamela up to TWO MONTHS to complete, seams and all. This does NOT include doing the materials or promo renders or any of the extra specials she always includes in her packages. Nor does it include the photographing of the model/s for the textures. It is a very time consuming process that Tamela undertakes to do every texture she has done. Nasya V3, the first one took Tamela over 4 months to complete.
36. How does 3D Unforgettables figure out their pricing for their products?
This is a very good question and we are so glad it was sent in. All pricing is configured on a wage of $0.10 cents to $1.50 PER HOUR! This does not include cost of running the store, all the programs required, the photography time involved in photographing our models, the high resolution camera's as we have several, lighting, etc., etc., etc. We under price our products compared to the actual worth of each product. We as well add no extra charges for any of the special extra's Tamela always puts in her packages, nor the time it takes to create all the custom node setups, nor the cost and time for copyright registering all of our files etc., etc., etc..
