We have changed our Download procedures.  The new Download procedures at 3D Unforgettables are as follows:

After your purchase we will now wait until your credit card clears through our Merchant Service, Authorize Net and we then will send you an e-mail from our 3D Unforgettables Sales Department, 
sales@3dunforgettables.com.  Please add our 3D Unforgettables Sales Department, [sales@3dunforgettables.com] to your contacts to avoid any purchase information going into your spam folder.  You will receive a Purchase email that will include a link to your new Customer Available Purchased Downloads Area. 


You will receive our Sales Department email within 12 hours of your purchase if during normal business hours, which are as follows:
Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. 
Holidays will be released the next business day.

You will then receive an email with your customer purchased download instructions if your order contains downloadable files.  

If your order is using a free email address like yahoo.com, google.com, hotmail.com, aol.com, etc..., you will need to update your account to a non-free email address in order to receive the download file instructions to your customer order downloads area.

Each of our orders go through a series of fraud checking measures to eliminate fraudulent charges.  In the event we receive a fraudulent charge from you, your information and IP Address will be turned over to the authorities and your IP Address will be banned from using our services.


For those of you having issues getting your credit card to go through our services, please do not attempt to continue trying to use your credit card.  If it declines once it is best to Contact Us and let us put your order through.  Those of you continuing to try and get a credit card to pass that does not will be banned, period!


Sharing download links and account information with others is digital piracy and strictly prohibited by 3D Unforgettables.  While you are allowed multiple downloads we still monitor your downloads, if we notice multiple download behavior on our server from a customers downloads area your information will be turned over to the authorities and your IP Address will be banned from utilizing our services forfeiting all purchases.
